Visit Us
We are delighted to welcome families to visit our school site, whether this is for an open day or a personal family visit.
For those who would prefer an online meeting in the first instance, we can arrange a virtual meeting with the Head, who would be delighted to speak to you about what Packwood has to offer and answer any questions you may have.
Open Mornings
Open mornings are held once a term and provide an opportunity for prospective parents and pupils to gain an insight into life at Strathearn Prep. Events start at 09:30am and conclude at 11am.

These occasions are informal and include a talk from the Head, a tour of the School with our current pupils and an opportunity to chat with and pose questions to our Head, staff and pupils. To book a place for one of our open morning events, please click on the button below.
If you would prefer to visit us in the meantime, our Registrar would be delighted to arrange a family visit for you.
Taster Day
Prospective pupils are warmly invited to join us for a taster day, where they will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the Strathearn experience. During their visit, they will participate in the complete routine of a typical school day, including attending classes, engaging in extracurricular activities, and enjoying meals alongside current pupils.

This hands-on experience provides a wonderful chance for prospective pupils to get a true feel for life at Strathearn Prep, meet their potential classmates, and discover all the unique opportunities our school has to offer.
Journey to Prep 1
We understand what a big step it is for your daughter to start school. For this reason, we have a carefully crafted Pre-School programme of stay and play sessions that take place throughout the year prior to your daughter staring school.

These events are designed to enable your daughter to become familiar with the school and for you as parents to start getting to know staff and fellow parents.
